Wishbone for pets is a charitable program designed for pet sitters to collect and distribute funds for local pet shelters in their own community. Pet sitters from around the United States and Canada will be participating in this event.
New Leash on Life Animal Rescue in Santa Clarita is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization that incorporated in 2002 on 13 acres "The Ranch" in Newhall California. They are dedicated to rescuing, caring for and placing homeless animals. They serve as E.R.A center (Education, Rehabilitation & Adoption) a safe haven to the animals rescued, provides staff and volunteers to rehabilitate the animals in need, educates the public through training classes and seminars, and provides a forever home for those rescued. Developed a Lend A Paw program training dogs as assistance and therapy dogs. Walking trails, a two acre dog park and pool provide wonderful opportunities for volunteers to socialize and rehabilitate the rescued dogs. NLOL save the lives of homeless animals and makes a difference in the lives of people.
